Tsipras asking for a 3 month bailout extension

FXStreet (Mumbai) - Livesquawk reporting Greek news site the press project, stating that Greek PM Tsipras is asking for a three month bailout extension and a further debt relief.

However, such an extension would require an approval from the German Bundestag says FT’s Peter Spiegel.

The Press Project report says the latest proposal from Greece includes an extension of the current program till October. “It remains unclear whether the Greek proposal includes the return of 7,2bn as well as the continuation of the IMF.”
