Flash: Fed QE removal major threat to global economy - Nomura
Richard Koo, chief economist at Nomura Research Institute, shares with the Bank's clients what seems to be a rather logical thought, implying that the global economy is at risk as the process of winding down QE by the Fed is a big problem, as it is discontinuing fiscal stimulus because of the federal debt ceiling.
