ECB's Lautenschlaeger: Most London-based banks fleeing Brexit have made reasonable progress

European Central Bank (ECB) Director Sabine Lautenschlaeger was on the wires earlier today, via Reuters, making some comments on the Brexit impact on the London-based banks.
