Finnish EU Affairs Minister: We must be prepared for all Brexit scenarios

Finland's minister for European affairs crossed the wires in the last hour and said that we have to avoid a no-deal Brexit but must be prepared for all Brexit scenarios. EU leaders will assess the possibility of a Brexit extension later this week but the UK needs to request one, the minister added further.
